- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
2. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver:
- Within Trinidad
- Tobago delivery may be available upon request (additional fees will apply)
3. Delivery Methods
Orders may be delivered via:
- Local courier services
- Direct delivery
- Customer pickup (where offered and confirmed)
Delivery options and fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated prior to dispatch.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Trinidad: 1–3 business days
- Tobago: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Contact will be made to the Customer should there be any delay.
5. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. XXAR Xquisite Gift Shop is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details:
- Additional delivery fees may apply
- Orders may need to be collected or re-scheduled
