1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the item

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

3. Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered subject to stock availability and only for eligible items reported within the required timeframe.
